1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Good Shire Foundation website and portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform or participate in our events.

2. Non-Profit Status and Donations

The Good Shire Foundation operates as a charitable corporation (501(c)(3) status pending). All donations and sponsorships are securely processed and tracked. Tax-deductible receipts will be issued in accordance with IRS regulations based on our active filing status across the date of your contribution.

3. Event Participation and Liability

By registering for the Good Shire Community Classic or any organized event, you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks. You agree to hold the Good Shire Foundation, its board, volunteers, and partnering facilities harmless against any claims of injury, loss, or damages incurred during the event.

4. Sponsorships and Marketing Assets

Organizations choosing a Sponsorship must upload appropriate vector assets via their Foundation Portal. The Foundation reserves the right to reject any marketing materials that contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content that does not align with our community values.

5. Account Infrastructure

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Foundation Portal authentication. The Foundation explicitly prohibits the misuse of dynamic "Join Links" meant for Foursome assignments. (Note: These links are automatically deactivated once the 4-player capacity is reached).
