- Event Logistics: Team names, participant metrics or skill levels (e.g., handicaps for golf), and related event communications.

We use the information we collect from our services to:
- Process charitable donations and issue tax receipts.
- Manage event registrations, sponsorships, and logistical planning.
- Communicate with you regarding our foundation's impact, upcoming events, and administrative updates (opt-out controls available in your portal).

We are committed to the security of your data. The Good Shire Foundation will never rent, sell, or trade your personal information to third parties. Information is only shared with trusted service providers necessary to operate the foundation (such as our payment processors or email delivery systems) under strict confidentiality agreements.

Through your Foundation Portal, you have the right to configure your communication preferences, toggle "Global Anonymity" to hide your name from public sponsor boards, and request full deletion of your identity footprint (subject to legal data retention requirements for tax receipts).
